- Red Storm: Red Leicester cheese is known for its full-bodied and nutty flavor. As it ages, the flavor becomes more pronounced and complex, developing a richer taste with hints of caramel and a slightly tangy finish. (7 oz)
- Mimolette: Mimolette is a semi-hard cheese that has the same texture and spherical shape as Dutch Edam. Its taste is gloriously sweet and perfect for snacking. Imported from France. (1/2 lb )
- Brigante with Saffron & Black Pepper by Fratelli Pinna: This lovely cheese has a delicate milky aroma and springy interior. Perfect for any cheese board with charcuterie and olives. Enjoy the Brigante with a mild, fruity red or crispy white wine. (1/2 lb )
- Green Pesto Gouda: This cheese is every bit as good as it sounds! A creamy-tasting, gouda-style Dutch cheese jazzed up with pesto. Perfectly balanced and extremely addictive, this glitzy cheese "shows off" at get togethers. Imported from The Netherlands. (1/2 lb )
- Great Hill Blue: Great Hill Blue is an internally ripened variety made with raw, unhomogenized milk, resulting in a full-flavored, smooth-tasting cheese. Made in Massachusetts. (1/2 lb )
- Drunken Goat Goat's Cheese with Wine: Purple cheese? It's real! This Spanish cheese is no gimmick, but an artisan goat's milk cheese that has red wine from Cencibel added to the rind. This gives the cheese a deep violet hue and a sweet fruit aroma. (1/2 lb )
- Raincoast Crisps: These signature crisps are great to nibble on their own, but they really shine when topped with your favorite dip, cheese, pâté or antipasto. (6 oz)
What’s the best way to store my cheese?
The best way to keep cheese fresh is to store it in the vegetable crisper in your fridge. Before doing so, wrap in parchment or wax paper, then wrap loosely in plastic wrap. You can also buy our exclusive cheese storage bags, specially created to keep your cheese fresher, longer.
Unless used for cooking, we don’t recommend storing cheese in the freezer as this will alter its texture.
What is the best temperature to serve my cheese?
Remove cheese from the fridge an hour before serving, as cheese is best experienced at room temperature to enjoy the full spectrum of flavors.
How long will my cheese stay fresh in the refrigerator?
The length of time cheeses last in the fridge after opening depends largely on the type of cheese. Soft varieties tend to spoil more quickly than hard varieties. Please refer to the table below for a convenient reference:

How We Ship
FreshWave Packaging
Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.
For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.
Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
