1 tablespoon flour
1/2 pound of Extra Aged Farmer Gouda, grated
3/4 cups milk
3/4 cup cream
Beat eggs, mix in flour, cheese, salt, milk and cream. Place in an oven-proof baking dish or buttered 8 inch ring pan. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until the custard is firm. Allow to cool. Serve with cooked peas, carrots, mushrooms, ham or grilled sausages. Serves 4 people.
