1/2 cup (4 oz.) gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup (4 oz.) butter
3 to 4 oz. Chopped walnuts
Rye bread (sliced)
Blend together with the aid of a fork the gorgonzola and butter until smooth and creamy. Add the chopped nuts and mix well. Trim crust off bread and cut into 1 inch squares. Spread cheese mixture on the lightly buttered bread squares,
arrange on plate and serve.
