4 ounces plain flour
1 can cherry pie filling
8 ounces Double Devon Cream
Mix the flour, salt, egg together.
Add milk while beating
vigorously until consistency is that of a batter.
Pour into a hot,
buttered frying pan, enough to cover bottom.
Flip the crepe
and brown the top side.
As each pancake is fried in this
manner, place on a plate, interleave with wax paper and put in a
Spoon cheery pie filling and Double Devon Cream
into the center of each pancake and fold over the sides.
Sprinkle with a little brandy and sugar and serve immediately.
