Ingredients:
15 paper thin slices of genoa salami
1/4 pound Paladin Blue Cheese
1/4 pound Mascarpone Cheese
1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon brandy
Directions:
Cut salami slices in halves. Twist slices into cones and secure
their shape by pressing edges together firmly. Chill for 30
minutes. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine Paladin Blue
and Mascarpone cheeses. Blend in dill and brandy. Fill salami
cones with mixture. Chill for one hour before serving.
