15 paper thin slices of genoa salami
1/4 pound Paladin Blue Cheese
1/4 pound Mascarpone Cheese
1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon brandy
Cut salami slices in halves. Twist slices into cones and secure
their shape by pressing edges together firmly.
Chill for 30
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine Paladin Blue
and Mascarpone cheeses.
Blend in dill and brandy.
