1/4 pound Paladin Blue Cheese
2 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
Blend Paladin Blue with cream cheese.
Add milk, a little at a
time, until the mixture has the consistency of very thick cream.
Then stir in walnuts.
Serve with carrot sticks, celery stalks,
radishes, broccoli and cauliflower.
