2 lbs. ground turkey
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 each large, yellow onion and green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup St. Dalfour Minute Marinade
1 cup yellow corn tortilla chips, ground in a blender or mashed
Heat the Marinade in a medium sized saucepan.
Add chopped onions and pepers, saute for 2 minutes.
Add the ground turkey, cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
season to taste. season to taste.
Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
