1 package of Zerto Polenta
Your favorite tomato sauce
1/2 pound of mozzaella sliced in 1/4 inch slices
Cut Polenta into 1/2 inch slices, cover with your favorite tomato sauce and top with mozzarella cheese
Warm in a 350 degree F oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
Serve with a crisp salad and garlic bread.
