1/2 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup TABASCO® brand Habanero Pepper Sauce
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Combine apricot jam, butter, TABASCO® brand Habanero Pepper Sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Refrigerate until ready to use. Brush on chicken, pork, or fish before baking or grilling. Also good for dipping chicken wings or egg rolls.
