1/4 cup red wine vinegar with raspberry
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 cup Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and pepper
1. In a food processor, blend red wine vinegar and horseradish.
2. With food processor running, slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil to emulsify.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 3/4 cup.
Use on salads or as marinade for fish or chicken.
