4 pork loin chops
Ground black pepper
2 cooking apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 1/4 cups shredded Carrigaline cheese
- Season chops and grill for 10-15 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, place apples in a saucepan with 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook gently until the apples form a thivk pulp. Mix in half the cheese.
- Spread the apple mixture over the cooked chops. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Return the chops to the grill and cook until the cheese melts.
