9-inch pie shell
1 1/2 cups pecans
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup Lyle's Golden Syrup
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown syrup
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place pecans in pie shell. Stir together egg yolks, Golden Syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, whipping cream, vanilla extract and salt. Pour mixture over pecans.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
