½ pound Kasseri
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of one lemon
1. Cut the Kasseri into strips that are ¼-inch thick.
2. In a medium skillet, warm the oil over medium heat. Saute the Kasseri strips and garlic until the cheese is lightly browned on both sides.
3. Remove the cheese from the skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
