Ingredients:
¾ lb Romanian Feta, cubed
1 ½ c Kalmata Olives
1 jar (6.5 oz) Marinated Artichoke Hearts from Spain
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 large cucumber, sliced
½ c Red Wine Vinegar by Olio Carli
1 red onion, separated into rings
3 Romaine Hearts, chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss carefully. Chill & serve.
