2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil1/2 unchopped onion1/2 unchopped carrot1/2 stick of unchopped celery2 peeled tomatoes2 tins of cannellini beanssalt (a sufficient quantity)cavatelli
Soften onion, celery and carrot in the oil. Add tomatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add beans. Salt. Cook for another 5-6 minutes. Boil and drain the pasta. Add the pasta to the beans. Mix it for a few minutes. Turn off the gas and pour on some olive oil.
