Oil, C.H.E.F. Organic Roasted Garlic Oil, 6oz
Organic Rosemary Oil, Organic Thyme Oil or
Organic Lemon Grass Oil
Vinegar, (such as balsamic or vinegar of your choice) 2oz
Salt and pepper to taste
Dry mustard, optional 1 tsp.
Fresh Herbs chopped fine, (use herb of oil) 4 Tbsp.
Sugar optional to taste
1. Combine all of the ingredients and whip them until they are thoroughly blended.
2. Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the seasoning to taste with additional salt, pepper or sugar.
3. Store leftover vinaigrette in sealed container in refrigerator.
