Ingredients:
Jicama, julienne 1 ea
Carrot, julienne 8 oz
Red bell pepper, julienne 1 ea
Charred
Yellow bell pepper, julienne 1 ea
Charred
Cilantro 6-8 pluches
C.H.E.F.’s Thai Citrus Dressing 1 bottle
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the Jicama, carrots, cilantro and bell peppers.
2. Pour C.H.E.F. Thai Citrus Dressing over vegetables and toss well.
3. Set aside until service.
