Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked Lowell Farms Brown Jasmine Rice
1/4 cup seedless raisins, optional
1 bunch green onions
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 tblsp. butter
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
2 cups water
1/3 cup pecans, toasted
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir once or twice. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30-45 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed. Add pecans and fluff with fork.
