1 lb ground turkey (99% fat free)
1 package rajmah
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh ginger, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can of red kidney beans, drained (30 oz)
1 green chili, chopped
1 can of tomato sauce
1. Heat oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add ginger, garlic, onion, and green chili, and let sizzle until onions turn golden.
2. Add ground turkey, and heat until cooked through. Then follow the remaining cooking directions on the package.
