One whole chicken (8 pieces) skin & fat removed
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 packet Tandoori Chicken Arora Creations Indian Spice Blends
1. Combine oil, vinegar, and yogurt with Arora Creations Tandoori Chicken Spice Blend in a small bowl.
2. Make shallow slits into each chicken piece, dip into the marinade, and place in a separate bowl.
3. Pour the remaining marinade on the chicken, cover, and refrigerate for four to 24 hours.
4. Prepare the chicken according to your preference knowing that the authentic new flavor has been achieved.
We recommend tandoori chicken be served over hot rice or with Indian bread. Complement each Arora Creations dish with a serving of plain yogurt.
