Ingredients:
150 g. of Mente Veronese Vecchio
1 packet of frozen puff pastry
3 medium potatoes
2 eggs
6 Tablespoons of milk
1 onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Spread the pastry well in a mold. Peel the potatoes and cut them into very small pieces with the onion and brown them slightly with the oil. Remove from the flame and add the eggs, the cheese cut into cubes, the milk, and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into the pastry lined mold and bake at 355 degrees for about 40 minutes
