Ingredients for 4 people:
20 oz Cavatelli pasta
2 oz butter
4 oz Boschetto Tartufo, thinly shaved
Salt & pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a pan and add some mushrooms, chopped into small pieces. Season and cook for a few minutes. Boil the Cavatelli in sufficient hot water, drain and mix with the mushrooms. Instantly toss in shaved Boschetto. Allow 2-3 minutes before serving.
