400g of lasagne sheets (pre cooked in boiling water)
1 tablespoon of Vincotto
1 teaspoon of butter
100g of grated parmigiano reggiano
100g of prosciutto cotto
Salt and Pepper
Grease an ovenproof dish with the butter and lay the first layer of lasagne. Mix the prosciutto cotto and Vincotto to the besciamella and pour a small layer over the lasagne. Sprinkle a little parmigiano reggiano and add a second layer of lasagne, besciamella with prosciutto cotto and Vincotto. Finish with a final layer of lasagne topped with besciamella, grated parmigiano reggiano, pepper & salt, butter and a few drops of Vincotto. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until the top is lightly brown.
