5.3 oz Blacksticks Blue
4 slices of sliced proscuitto
1 dessert pear
2 handfuls of salad leaves
3oz of Shelled Sorrento Walnuts
1-2 tbsp lime juice
2-3 tbsp Fini Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P.
Fresh ground black pepper
Remove the rind from the Blacksticks Blue cheese, crumble and cut the slices of proscuitto ham. Halve, quarter, core and slice the pear. Arrange the cheese, ham, pear, salad leaves, and walnuts on 2 plates. Whisk together the lime juice and olive oil. Pour this dressing over the salad, season with freshly ground black pepper and serve at once with fresh crusty bread.
