Ingredients:
2 C. Amablu™ St. Pete's Select Blue Cheese by Amablu
1/8 C. white onion
1 C. sugar
1 C. lemon juice
½ C. Reims Champagne Vinegar
1 TBSP. dijon mustard
1/8 C. poppy seeds
3 C. salad oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except oil and blue cheese in a blender, add oil while blending or while food processor is on. Pour contents into a large bowl; add blue cheese, oil, and 1/8 C. poppy seeds. Yield: 48 oz.
