20oz broad beans.
3 oz grated Island Stream (or Monte Cristo)
11/2 tsp chopped garlic.
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
6 fresh mint leaves
Cook broad beans for 2 minutes in salted boiling weater, drain and shell them, blend them in food processor until creamy, add all other ingredients and finally add the cheese.
This can be used with Monte Cristo as well. Chill dip, garnish with fresh diced tomato and then serve with pita bread or crackers
