2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup Beemster with Garlic, or Wild Garlic Gouda, shredded
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450; Combine baking mix, milk and shredded cheese in mixing bowl. Beat with wooden spoon till soft dough forms.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Brush a little butter over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
