2 tsp Olive oil
1 lb Chicken, cut-up
1 25-oz jar Vino de Milo North African Pinot Noir Sauce
1 cup Green olives, pitted
Juice of 1 lemon
1. Brown chicken in oil but do not fully cook. Discard any remaining oil.
2. Add the Vino de Milo North African Pinot Noir Sauce, simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add olives and lemon juice; simmer an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
4. Serve over couscous, rice, spaghetti squash, polenta, or with hearty bread.
