1 lb lamb, cubed
2 tsp olive oil
1 25-oz jar vino de milo north african pinot noir sauce
1 lb potatoes, peeled & cut into 1-inch cubes
2 large carrots, sliced into 1/3" pieces
1 cup green beans, cut into 1" lengths
1 zucchini, sliced into 1/3" pieces
1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
pour vino de milo north african pinot noir sauce into a large pan and add potatoes and carrots; cook 20 minutes.
add green beans and cook an additional 10 minutes.
add zucchini and cook.
meanwhile, sauté lamb in olive oil until cooked through.
just before serving, add peas to sauce and mix thoroughly.
serve atop a bed of couscous ringed with fresh parsley; place lamb atop and enjoy!
