Ingredients:
3 T. oil or butter
1/4 cup red onion, diced
3 T. flour
3 cups whole milk
1 tub Stoby's Cheese Dip (12 oz.)
1 head of broccoli, cut
2 t. chicken bouillon granules
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, heat oil and saute onion until tender. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer until thickened and broccoli is tender.
