4 fresh tuna steaks (175-200g)
Cracked black pepper
4 slices Onion & Chive Whirl
4 dessert spoons guacamole or tomato salsa
1)Brush tuna with olive oil, cook under a very hot grill for 2 minutes each side.
2)Top with slices of Onion & Chive Whirl and grill again until the cheese has melted.
3)Serve immediately with guacamole or tomato salsa and a crisp green salad.
