Ingredients:
1 diced Onion
1 Cauliflower
2 cloves Garlic
200mls Double Cream
1 pint Chicken or Vegetable Stock
100g Blacksticks Blue
Directions:
1. Place Onion and Garlic in a pan cook for a few minutes
2. Add the cauliflower and stock and cook until soft
3. Remove pan from heat and leave to cool, add the Blacksticks and Cream and liquidise until smooth
3. Season if required and serve with crusty bread
