16 tsp. softened Crane's Creamery Roasted Shallot butter
Preheat broiler to medium-high heat. Scrub and shuck 16 oysters. Place oysters on a baking sheet, top each with a scant 1 tsp. softened Crane's Creamery Roasted Shallot Butter. Place sheet under broiler and cook until butter melts and begins to sizzle, about 45-60 seconds (watch carefully, do not burn).
