1 large baked potato
(split open in four ways)
1 knob of butter (place in incision)
chopped greens of spring onion
1 handful of grated cheddar cheese
Ballymaloe Country Relish
Optionally add to the above any of the following fillings: grated raw carrot, chopped spring onion, chopped crispy bacon. Serve with a side salad and Ballymaloe Country Relsih.
