1 16 oz. can Garbanzo beans (also known as chickpeas)
4 T. Pietro Sesame & Miso Dressing
1/2-1 tsp. Hot pepper sauce
2 T. Finely chopped green onion (reserve 1 tsp. for garnish)
2 tsp. Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Drain beans. Place beans, pepper sauce, and dressing in a food processor and pulse until creamy. Stir in green onions. Place mixture in serving bowl and garnish with reserved green onion and sesame seeds if desired. Drizzle with a little more Sesame & Miso Dressing and serve.
Some delightful accompaniments are your favorite veggies, pita bread wedges, tortilla chips, and falafel.
You can also use the dip as a sandwich spread on a pita, or tortilla, then fill with shredded veggies and add a little more dressing if you wish.
