Ingredients:
10 minced, peeled garlic cloves
Half cup minced dried or fresh parsley
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 cup olive oil (cold pressed)
Half cup wine vinegar
Sea Salt
Ground black pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, keep in a jar in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Makes about two cups.
