Ingredients:
½ pound crowley cheese - sharp
3 ounce package cream cheese
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced onion
Add a dash of worcestershire sauce or port wine
Directions:
Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender. Shape into two 7 inch rolls. Roll each in finely chopped blanched almonds. Wrap and refrigerate. Chill thoroughly before serving
