Ingredients:
1 red pepper
100 ml olive oil
1 spoon course mustard
1 garlick pressed
150 g (extra cured)goat cheese
2 spoons capers
1 cucumber
2-3 spoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Roll the pepper a few times between your hands and cut off the top. Shake out the seeds as well as you can. Cut the pepper ver fine. Stir the oil, mustard, garlick, and a pinch of salt in a bowl to make the marinade.
2. Cut the rind of the cheese and cut the cheese in cubes or slivers. Scoop the cheese and the capers through the marinade and leave for at least one hour in a cool place.
3. Wash the cucumber and cut in pieces of 15 cm. Remove the seeds and slice the cucumber in log slices. Distriubte the cucumber over four plates, scoop the cheese cubes and some marinade on top and add lemon juice according to taste.

Tip: The cubes of extra cured goat cheese also taste very well as a snack with a glass of wine.
