100 gram Coriander Goat cheese
4 slices of cured Ham (Parma or Sarrano)
4 slices white bread (thick)
1. Preparation: Pre-heat the oven-grill. Cut the tomatoes in fin slices. Slice the goat cheese very thin.
2. Put the ham, tomato and cheese on the bread and leave the bread under the grill for about 1-2 minutes or as long as needed to melt the cheese.
Prep time: about 10 minutes
Tip: Also very good as a croque monsieur prepared in a frying pan (with lid). In this case take 8 thin slices of bread and butter them lightly on the outside.
