Ingredients:
2 Tbls. crumbled lemon Zest, 1 Tbl. Low Fat Creme Fraiche, Fresh black pepper,4 slices Wholemeal Bread. 4 slices Smoked Salmon, butter for spreading.
Directions:
mix the lemon zest with the cream fraiche. Spread on slice of bread with the lemon cheese mixture and spread the other slice of bread with butter then top with the Smoked Salmon. Add some freash black pepper and put both sides together, remove the crust and cut into 4 triangles. Repeat for the other slices of bread.
