2 cups peeled and diced ripe mango (about 1 large mango) reserve 2 slices with skin for garnish
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
4 ounces Siler tequilla or any fine quality aged tequilla
1 ounce Cointreau
2 tablespoons sugar
About 1-1/2 cups ice cubes
1. In a blender,combine the mango and lime juice and blend until smooth. Add the tequilla, Cointreau, and sugar and blend until combined. Add the ice and blend until smooth and very thick (it should have the consistency of a milkshake). Blend with additional ice if the mixture is not thick enough. Serve in chilled margarita glasses and garnish each with a slice of mango.
