Homemade or purchased pre-made pancakes
Creamy White Stilton with Blueberries
Cinnamon butter with brown sugar
Blueberry jam or your favorite berry jam
1. Spread pancakes(home-made or bought are suitable) with your favorite berry jam and some crumbled Creamy White Stilton with Blueberries, fold into triangles.
2. Spread both sides of the pancake with cinnamon butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. Saute triangles until carmelized, keep warm.
4. Arrange on a warmed serving plate, drizzle over some warmed jam and Drambuie liqueur.
5. Sprinkle over some crumbled Creamy White Stilton with Blueberries.
6. Serve immediately
