Ingredients for 4 people
300g very fresh veal meat
200g fresh porcini mushrooms
50g Black Summer truffle(tuber aestivum) by Tartuflanghe
Preparation: Chop the meat with a sharp knife and dress it with olive oil, lemon, 1/2 tsp. of mustard, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients together with the meat and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Before serving the dish, garnish it with the porcini mushrooms and with the black summer truffle, both in thin slices (to obtain thin slices use the truffle slicer). Use the truffle juice of the jar to dress the dish and give more intense truffle flavour to the recipe.
