Ingredients for 4 people:
8 slices of smocked salmon (about 70g each)
Salsa Caterina by Tartuflanghe
some lettuce leaves for decoration
Preparation: Wash the lattuce leaves, dry them and place them on the serving dish. Lay the salmon fillets on the leaves and dress each piece with 1/2 tbsp. of Salsa Caterina.Serve immediately.
