Ingredients for 4 people :
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2tbsp of salt
3 tbsp of Salsa Caterina
8 slices crusty Italian bread
1 clove garlic, cut in half
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the salt and the cauliflower, and cook until very tender, about 10 minutes. Drain the cauliflower very well, and place it in a large bowl. Add the"Salsa Caterina" and mash well with a fork.
Meanwhile, toast the bread, and rub with garlic. Arrange the bread on a platter, and spread the cauliflower mixture into each slice. Buonappetito !
