Ingredients for 4 people
4 Slices of bread
1 jar of Tartuflanghe's Black Winter Truffle (tuber melanosporum) 50g
Extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
Preparation: Slice the truffle in very thin slices (we suggest that you use the truffle slicer). Dress the slices with 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and mix all the ingredients together. Toast the bread and lay the truffle slices on each slice. Serve the costrini bread as appetizer.
