Ingredients for 4 people
4 thick slices veal filets
50g di Black Winter Truffle(tuber melanosporum) by Tartuflanghe
Preparation: Marinate the veal filets in the Madera wine for at least 3 hours. Pass the meat in the flour and cook them in a large skillet with some melted butter. Pour half glass of Madera wine on the skillet and allow it to evaporate. Serve the filets, shaving the black truffle on top. In oder to give more flavour to the dish , use the truffle juice of the jar on each slice.
