Ingredients:
Ingredients for 4 people:
2 ripe pears
0,5 pound (200gr) of Parmigiano in one thick pieces
2 tbsp of Honey with White Truffle
Directions:
Slice the pears in half, and remove the cores. Dice the pears and Parmigiano cheese. Alternate the pears dice and cheese dice on wooden skewers. Add a drops of Honey with White truffle for each dice of Parmigiano, and serve. Buon appetito!
