2 lb. Sashimi-grade wild King salmon
5 Tbs. Argan Oil
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
Fleur de Sel to taste
1. Slice Salmon thinly and plate.
2. Sprinkle the Fleur de Sel on the salmon
3. Make dressing of 1 part lemon juice and three parts Argan oil.
4. Drizzle on the salmon just before serving
