3.5 oz Roquefort
6 large potatoes
2 tbsp Devon Cream
5.3 oz butter
Bake the potatoes in a hot oven until soft. Cut them in half lengthways and carefully scoop out the potato, taking care to leave the skin intact.
Mix the potato with the Roquefort, butter, Devon Cream and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill the potato skins with this mixture and decorate with slices of Roquefort. Put the potatoes in the oven for a few minutes before serving. Preparation time: 45 minutes – 1 hour.
